While we don’t have a storefront, we operate from a fully licensed and inspected commercial kitchen. Most of our customers prefer the convenience of having their meals delivered directly to their home or workplace every Monday. However, we also offer a free pickup option at our kitchen for those who prefer it.

Additionally, we are proud to provide free delivery to all Veterans United employees at any VU location, as well as to Evolved members.

We proudly offer delivery within a 30-mile radius of Columbia, MO. For customers outside our delivery area, we provide a convenient pickup option every Monday at our commercial kitchen. You can easily check if we deliver to your area by using the delivery radius tool on our homepage.

No, your meals are delivered in an insulated liner and box, complete with an ice pack to keep them fresh and cool until you're home.

You’ll receive a delivery tracking notification via email when your order is on its way and another confirmation once it has been delivered.

We deliver all meals Monday and guarantee a delivery time between 8AM-5PM.

When you order online, we cook your meals fresh after your order is placed. Processing your order, preparing ingredients, cooking, cooling, portioning, packaging, and distributing the food takes almost 72 hours and ensures you get the longest shelf life and freshest food possible.

Our menu is nutritionally balanced and made with quality ingredients. All of our meals are designed by our chef and certified nutritionist to contain a healthy balance of macronutrients. We use lean, antibiotic and hormone free proteins, slow digesting carbohydrates, and healthy fats. We also avoid all seed oils and refined sugars.
